SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Rosé Ivy. We are dedicated to delivering your fashion favorites to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:
 

Shipping Times & Estimates

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) before they are shipped.

  • Delivery Estimate: Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 3 to 8 business days.
     

Delivery Areas

We deliver across the entire United Kingdom. Please note that deliveries to remote areas, the Scottish Highlands, or offshore islands may occasionally experience minor delays beyond our standard 8-day window.
 

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with a tracking link, so you can follow your parcel's journey right to your doorstep.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love everything you buy from Rosé Ivy. However, if a piece isn’t the perfect fit or just isn't quite right, we are here to help you sort it out quickly.
 

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or an exchange. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must meet the following criteria:

  • They must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • They must be in the original condition you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings, swimwear, or bodysuits cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
     

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at roseivysupport@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return/exchange.

  2. Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging.

  3. Send It Back: Drop your package off at your nearest post office or courier point using the instructions provided by our team. (Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty).
     

Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
